Clear scope before money changes hands.
This site describes an intended service and lets a family request a conversation. It does not take payment or create an adviser-client relationship by itself.
1. Website information
The site provides general information about a proposed admissions-advisory service. It is not legal, immigration, financial, tax, psychological or clinical advice. Sending an enquiry does not oblige either side to proceed.
2. Proposed paid steps
The intended diagnostic is US$350 for a 90-minute parent and student session plus a written 90-day decision map. The intended 12-month service is US$12,000 for one child. These are proposed offers, not a public checkout. The final written engagement will control the service, price, currency, tax, scope, instalments, cancellation and refund position.
3. No outcome guarantee
Institutions make their own decisions. The advisory does not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa, school placement or any other outcome, and does not sell influence or privileged access.
4. Student authorship and accurate information
The student remains the author of submitted work. Families and students are responsible for accurate information and compliance with each institution's rules. Ghostwriting, fabrication and concealed third-party authorship are outside scope.
5. Third-party providers
Tutors, assessors, test providers, lawyers, immigration advisers and other specialists are independent. The family chooses, contracts with and pays them directly unless a signed engagement explicitly states otherwise. The advisory does not receive a placement commission from them.
6. Introducers
An eligible independent introducer may receive a disclosed US$1,000 success fee only after an adult consents to the introduction, the family signs the US$12,000 service and the first payment clears. No fee is paid for a name, list, access, meeting or diagnostic alone. The family must be informed before a fee-bearing introduction, and the introducer must comply with employer, agency, insurance, tax and professional rules.
7. Intellectual property and site use
Site text and original visual assets may not be republished as a competing service or presented as another adviser's work. Ordinary linking, private sharing and short attributed quotation are permitted. Do not interfere with the site or submit unlawful, misleading or sensitive information through its contact route.
8. Complaints and governing terms
Website questions can be sent to hello@patersonadmissions.com. A signed engagement will identify the complaints timetable, governing law and dispute route before any payment is accepted.
