Bring the question, the student's broad grade or stage, the relevant route or countries and the next decision date if there is one. Please do not send child or application documents before this first conversation.
What happens after 15 minutes?
We stop at the agreed time. If a paid diagnostic appears useful, its separate scope, fee and terms are explained in writing; there is no automatic follow-up or public checkout.
