Integrity and safeguarding

The student remains the author. Safety outranks convenience.

The advisory supports decisions and learning. It does not replace the student’s voice, a school’s safeguarding function or a qualified clinical, legal or immigration professional.

Academic integrity

  • Student authorshipThe student generates the ideas, claims, examples and final language submitted in an application.
  • Permitted supportAdvice may address reasoning, structure, clarity, evidence, revision and whether the writing answers the question.
  • Prohibited supportNo ghostwriting, fabricated experience, invented activity, false attribution or concealed third-party authorship.
  • AI useAny permitted use must follow the relevant institution’s rules and preserve the student’s authorship. AI-generated application content will not be passed off as the student’s work.
  • No outcome promiseAdmissions decisions belong to institutions. Advice cannot guarantee an offer, scholarship or result.

Parent and student roles

A parent or guardian is the contracting decision-maker. The student is an active participant whose authorship, dignity and developing autonomy must be respected.

  • Parents receive the agreed decision record and commercial communications.
  • Student-facing work is scheduled transparently and within the agreed family communication structure.
  • No private relationship with a minor is used to bypass a parent or guardian.
  • A student is not pressured to disclose medical, mental-health, family or identity information merely to strengthen an application.

Safeguarding and referral boundary

The advisory is not an emergency, medical, therapeutic or safeguarding service. If a concern falls outside educational decision support, work pauses and the family is directed to the appropriate school lead, emergency service or qualified professional.

Immediate danger: contact the local emergency services and the responsible parent or guardian. Do not use this site or an admissions appointment for urgent help.

Operating standard

  • Keep communications and records proportionate to the education work.
  • Record and escalate a safeguarding concern through the agreed parent and professional route.
  • Do not diagnose, investigate or promise confidentiality that conflicts with safety or law.
  • Use specialists only within their verified qualifications and with family consent.

Safeguarding readiness

Private evidence, not marketing content: Travis has stated that safeguarding training and professional references exist. Certificates and reference identities are not published on this website. The applicable guardian structure, reporting route, insurance and background-check position will be confirmed before paid minor-facing work begins.

Certificates and reference contact details are not public marketing content. The minimum private metadata must be confirmed before paid minor-facing work or before the site is presented as an operational due-diligence pack.
