Collect less before trust is earned.
The initial enquiry asks only for the information needed to assess fit. Do not send child documents, school details, wealth, medical or payment information at this stage.
1. Controller and contact
Travis Paterson controls the initial enquiry information described here. Privacy questions, access requests, corrections or deletion requests can be sent to hello@patersonadmissions.com.
2. What an initial enquiry contains
- Parent or guardian name and reply email
- City
- Child's current grade
- Expected application timeframe
- Confirmation that a live cross-border route is being considered
- A short referral or campaign code, if one appears in the link used
Submitting the form opens the visitor's email application. The website has no enquiry database, user account or document-upload feature. Google Workspace processes the email that the visitor chooses to send.
3. Diagnostic worksheet drafts
The optional diagnostic worksheet stores a draft only in the visitor's browser using local storage. It does not create an account, send a form, upload a document or add information to a Paterson Admissions database. A visitor can copy or print the draft and decide separately whether to share it. Do not enter a child's full name, application documents, passport data, medical information, wealth information or payment details.
4. Website measurement
Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-focused Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These tools give aggregated page-use, referral, device, approximate-location and performance signals. They do not use advertising cookies or build a cross-site advertising profile.
Google Ads conversion measurement is optional and loads only after a visitor selects Allow measurement. If allowed, Google may use cookies and receive the page URL, browser or device signals, an IP-derived approximate location and a conversion signal when the visitor selects Prepare private enquiry. That signal means the site opened the email workflow; it does not prove that an email was sent, a diagnostic was booked or a family became a client. Advertising personalisation is disabled. No Meta Pixel or remarketing audience is installed. The choice can be changed at any time through Measurement settings in the footer.
5. Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to reply, assess service fit, arrange a conversation, prevent duplicate referral claims and, only if both sides choose to proceed, prepare written contractual and payment steps. Site measurement is used to understand which public pages and referral routes are useful and to improve reliability.
6. Sharing and international processing
Information is not sold. Vercel and Google process limited data as hosting and email providers and may process it outside the visitor's country. Information is not shared with a school, university, specialist or introducer without a defined purpose and consent, except where law or immediate safety requires it. An introducer receives only the information needed to verify an agreed introduction, not the family's confidential advisory work.
7. Retention and choices
Initial enquiry emails are retained only while the fit discussion remains active or where a legitimate record, safeguarding or legal need applies. Client retention terms will be stated in the signed engagement. You may ask for access, correction or deletion at the address above. If deletion cannot be completed, the reason will be explained.
8. Keep the first message minimal
Do not include a child's name, school, application documents, passport data, medical information, wealth information or payment details. Review the full public boundaries before writing.
