Scope and fees

Two paid steps. One clearly bounded service.

Start with a US$350 diagnostic. Continue only if the family needs an integrated cross-border route and the fit is mutual.

Not ready for a paid diagnostic? Adults can start with a free 15-minute phone or Google Meet conversation to identify one admissions priority and a practical next step. There is no obligation to buy and no student documents are needed.

1. Private decision diagnostic — US$350

The diagnostic is a 90-minute parent and student session followed by a written 90-day decision map. It identifies the deadlines, evidence gaps, system conflicts and decisions that should not be deferred.

  • Before the sessionMinimal background: grade, application timeframe and the international route or routes that are genuinely live. No application document upload.
  • During the sessionParent priorities, student evidence, timetable conflicts, shortlist logic and immediate decisions.
  • Within 48 hoursA written 90-day map and a clear fit decision. There is no automatic sales follow-up.
  • Credit ruleThe US$350 is credited against the annual fee if the full scope is signed within seven days.
Before payment: the final contracting party, invoice, tax, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be stated in writing. There is no public checkout on this site.

2. Cross-Border University Office — US$12,000

One child, 12 months. The family contracts for decision stewardship across the relevant international routes, not for admission or institutional access.

Commercial boundary

The family pays the advisory directly. Schools, universities, tutors, agents and assessors do not pay the advisory for placement, access or recommendations. Specialists contract with and are paid by the family separately.

A small number of independent introducers may be eligible for a disclosed US$1,000 success fee only if an adult first consents to the introduction, the family signs the US$12,000 service and the first payment clears. There is no payment for a name, list, access, meeting or diagnostic alone. The family is told before a fee-bearing introduction proceeds, and the introducer must first confirm that employer, agency and professional rules allow it.

The proposed fixed 12-month instalment structure is 50% at signing (US$6,000, or US$5,650 after the diagnostic credit), 25% in month four (US$3,000) and 25% in month eight (US$3,000). The final engagement must state the commitment, cancellation, refund and payment route. The intended Singapore company is not yet incorporated, so no payment will be requested until the actual contracting party, invoice and governing terms are identified in writing.

Common questions

Can we start with one destination or route?

Yes, if the family has a live international university decision that needs senior coordination. The advice is global: routes are assessed on their real fit, evidence, timing, cost and risk rather than on a preferred country list.

Do you receive money from universities or tutors?

No. The model is family-paid. Universities, schools and third-party specialists do not pay the advisory for placement or recommendations. A permitted independent introducer may receive the conditional, disclosed success fee described above.

Will you write or rewrite the student’s essays?

No ghostwriting. Advice may address reasoning, structure, clarity and revision, but the student must remain the author.

When is a payment link provided?

Only after fit is established, terms are accepted and a lawful payment route is confirmed. There is no public checkout.
